Shipping And Handling
Modern logistic service companies have done a wonderful job transporting goods all around the world, connecting us all into a global economy. Our customers generally find the process of shipping and receiving of orders prompt, and rates reasonable.
1. International Express Shipping
UPS, DHL, TNT and FedEx, have daily services from Hongkong to all major cities around the world, delivery time is usually 3-5 business days. Because of the volume of our business, we have quite favorite rates from these couriers. And, of course, if you have an account with any one of these carriers, we can put the shipping charge directly on your account and there is no shipping and handling charges from us.
2. Air Cargo
If your order package is 100kg or above, you can chose to use Air Cargo. The rates are usually USD$6.00 to USD$8.00 per kg, and delivery time is about 3-7 business days.
3. Sea Cargo
This is the most economic way to ship, but delivery time varies from 15 to 25 business days, and rates are from USD$120.00 to USD$200.00 per cubic meter, depending on the season and place you ship to. We recommend you use it when your order package is at least two cubic meters.
Delivery Information
We typically send out your order in 3-5 business days after we confirmed your payment for sample orders, but in some case, items may be unavailable and hence delivery may take longer. If stock run out, we will arrange production in 2 weeks after we confirmed your payment, Larger quantities needs 2-3 weeks to produce it. And the transportation period is according to your mode of transport, we will keep you posted in whole process.
No responsibility can be accepted for failure to meet a delivery date. There may be periods when the company is closed to orders for example during holiday periods, these periods will be advertised on the website in advance.
Guarantee
Our 24 month warranty (unless otherwise specified) extends only to manufacturing defects, failure due to shock, impact, fire, freezing, over-pressure or other such extremes fall outside of the warranty unless otherwise specified. EHO Lighting can provide guidance as to the suitability for most of our products in many applications but the purchaser will be responsible for ensuring the suitability of the item(s) in the chosen application.
Product liability is not applicable for products used outside of the manufacturers intended application / operating conditions. Other suitable precautions should always be taken to minimise the risk to personnel.
Valid claims under our warranty will at the discretion of EHO Lighting be refunded, repaired or replaced. Products should not be returned without first contacting EHO Lighting, any return should quote proof of purchase (typically invoice number) and include a brief reason for return. The purchaser shall ensure that any returned goods are suitably packaged and carriage paid and include any associated parts.
