Q: Where are LED Lights best suited?
A: LED Lights are more suited for some applications then others.
1. Spotlight features – LEDs typically have a narrow beam angle which make them suitable for spotlight purposes.
2. Hard to reach places – LEDs last such a long time that you will most likely never have to replace the bulb. This makes them ideal for areas that are hard to get to.
3. Heat – Where many halogens or floodlights are close together heat can be a significant problem. LEDs produce very little heat.
4. Areas susceptible to shock – Since LEDs contain no fragile filaments or gas filled tubes, they are extremely durable. This makes them suitable for areas susceptible to shock or breakages.
5. High usage – Lights that are used for longer periods of the day will provide greater savings and their payback periods occur quicker.

Q: Do LED Bulbs screw into standard household light sockets?
A: Yes, LED lights are direct screw in replacements for household lights. You unscrew your incandescent light bulb and screw in your LED Light bulb. You do not need to redo your electrical system to use the LED lights.

Q: How to  install LED Tube Lights?
A: Plugs LED Tubes directly into fluorescent 2 prong receptacle replaces standard fluorescent tubes. Remove existing ballast before installation.

Q: Do LED lights have a warranty?
A: Yes, the LED lights are warranted for a period of two years, but they can last a lifetime!

Q: Why are LED lights so expensive?
A: Although it may seem like LEDs are an expensive upfront investment, it is important to take a long-term approach. Maintenance, replacement bulbs, energy consumption and other factors are significantly reduced or eliminated. LEDs are cheaper to run in the long run. Furthermore depending on the application pay back periods can occur within 2-5 years. High Power LED technology is relatively new, as the technology becomes more widespread prices are expected to decrease.

Q: Do LED lights generate heat?
A: LED lights generate very little heat. They are ideal for kitchens, dens, offices, or anywhere you are working in close proximity to a standard light bulb. That is why LED Lights are so energy efficient.

Q: Can LED lights be used in the outdoor weather such as rain, snow, cold, heat?
A: Yes, the LED lights can be used outside all season. The LED light bulbs are CE and/or UL listed for indoor and outdoor use.

Q: Do the LED tube lights turn on immediately compared to fluorescent tube lights that have a wait time to turn on?
A: Yes, the LED tube lights have instant turn on and there is no wait compared to the fluorescent lights that take time to light up.

Q: How to order EHO Products?
A: 1. Told us which model you interested, the order quantity, also the voltage which you want to use.
2. We will offer you the best price to you and count the shipping cost, if all are ok for your, we will email the Proforma Invoice to you with payment details for the money transfer.
3. After you make the payment please send the T/T copy to us then we can prepare the goods as early as possible.
4. We will send the goods as soon as possible after we confirm the PAYMENT.

Q: Can I send sample charge via PayPal or Western Union?
A: Yes, you can pay sample charge via PayPal or Western Union.
